Margaret Rogers – Ambassador

Margaret Rogers is a passionate and dedicated advocate for the preservation of Heritage Dartmoor Ponies. With a deep understanding of their heritage and cultural significance, Margaret plays a vital role in ensuring the enduring legacy of the Dartmoor ponies, a breed that has lived on the rugged landscape for centuries.

As an Ambassador for the DPHT, Margaret assists the charity in identifying and working with organisations such as Wildfowl and Wetland Trusts, RSPB, National Trust and English Heritage who are seeking to use Dartmoor Heritage Ponies to restore and maintain their own fragile and valuable eco-systems and landscapes.
