2026 AGM – Riverside Community Centre, Station Road, Bovey Tracey, TQ13 9AW
Welcome to the 2026 AGM which will be held in the same location as last year – Bovey Tracey Community Centre.
Refreshments will be available from 1730hrs, with sandwiches following the meeting.
Please email admin@dpht.co.uk with any dietary preferences.
All members are very welcome.
Members should have received information about the AGM, including voting information and details of the matters requiring a vote.
Whether or not you are attending the AGM, you can use our online proxy voting form to cast your vote. If you are attending and would prefer to vote at the meeting, please do not also vote using the online proxy voting form. You will be given a voting card when you register on arrival.
Please note that each member may only vote once.
These votes are important and we want all our members to have their voice heard. As a member, you can and do influence what we do, so please take the time to read the information provided and vote online, in person or by proxy.
