2025 AGM
Welcome to the 2025 AGM which will be held in the same location as last year – Bovey Tracey Community Centre.
Refreshments will be available from 1730hrs and sandwiches post the meeting at 1830hrs.
All members are welcome.
You should have received information regarding the AGM itself and how to vote and the 3 resolutions. Please note that whether you are attending the AGM or not, you can use our online proxy voting form to cast your vote. If you are attending the AGM and would prefer to vote at the meeting, then please do not vote via the online proxy voting form. You will be given a voting card on arrival at registration for the AGM. Note that you can only vote once .
These votes are important and as a member we do want you to have your voice heard. You can and do influence what we do. Please take the time to read the resolutions and either vote on line, in person or via proxy. If you have any questions regarding the proposals drop a note to admin@dpht.co.uk

With regard to seeking comment and input on potential change of wording to objective, your written comments would also be welcomed. This is a point of discussion and we are actively looking for input from members.
You are also able to pose questions to the Board and Operations Team. These will be answered at the AGM and for those that are unable to be there the responses will be posted both on line and in the minutes of the meeting.
