Special Resolution

Voting forms will shorty be send out to members on an amendment to the DPHT’s objective. The purpose is to provide greater clarity to the work that the DPHT undertakes. It has no impact on our beneficiaries, our activities but does ensure that the Objective reflects the Charity’s name and purpose. The Board of Trustees recommends that the amendment is supported by the members. More details can be found under the Special Resolution menu.

Voting will be undertaken and monitored by Mi-Voice – a third party organisation that supports many charities across the UK and ensures independent and auditable validation of voting.
