What is a Conservation Volunteer?

Conservation Volunteers help look after the environmental elements of the site. They will have the opportunity to meet people, get active, enjoy the outdoors and make a difference. There will be an introduction to the different kinds of habitat and wildlife that can be found at Bellever in the heart of Dartmoor.

Talks and workshops will be given by professionals on some of the many different species of flora and fauna that can be found on site.

Conservation volunteers take part in bi-monthly conservation tasks throughout the year, helping to manage and create more space for nature to thrive and for people to enjoy.
