EXCITING MOORLAND & CONSERVATION WORK PARTIES
Our Bellever site is pure magic, and we always need volunteers for our popular Bellever conservation work parties.
Our wonderful team of conservation volunteers on Bellever, carrying out a range of tasks to protect our Moorland site, encourage biodiversity, and manage our treasured archaeology.
Our dedicated team also maintains the stone wall boundary and deals with the non-native trees that invade the Moorland. We’re never short of things to do, and we give every volunteer a warm Dartmoor welcome.
We couldn’t do it without you. If you’d like to find out more about volunteering with us at Bellever, please email admin@dpht.co.uk or telephone on 01626 833234 for a chat.
UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRUSTEES
We are looking for individuals with an interest in the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust to carry forward our aims and strategic plan.
As well as helping the vital work of the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust when you volunteer with us, you can also learn valuable new skills that can help you in your professional and personal life; some of our volunteers have picked up new skills like stone walling repair and pony training. How often do opportunities to learn new skills like these come up while making a difference too?
